Mogo Kenya Ltd 2025 Kick Off: Empowering People, Driving Change, Shaping the Future

As we reflected on January 2025, we didn’t just celebrate achievements, we celebrated transformation. From deploying 1,000+ electric vehicles (EVs) and cutting 500+ tones of CO₂ emissions, to achieving a 59.6% Net Promoter Score, we proved that business success and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand. We also redefined financial empowerment, driving an extraordinary 1,500% growth in logbook loans, a groundbreaking solution no other financial institution had offered. This opened new doors for our customers, helping them turn their assets into income-generating opportunities and build brighter, more secure futures. But numbers alone didn’t define us, our people did. We celebrated 12 outstanding employees, 7 of them phenomenal women, whose dedication and leadership embodied the spirit of Mogo. Looking ahead to the rest of 2025, employee engagement remains a top priority. We’re committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, inspired, and empowered to lead.
