LOGBOOK COLLECTION INTERN

The role is responsible for coordinating and managing the collection, transfer, tracking, and reporting of vehicle logbooks for loans issued through dealers and distributors. The position ensures timely follow-up of outstanding logbooks, accurate updating of ownership transfer status, proper documentation, and effective communication with internal teams, dealers, and distributors. The Sales Agent – Logbook Loans is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling MOGO Kenya’s logbook loan products to new and existing customers. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and supporting clients throughout the loan application and approval process. The position plays a key role in achieving branch sales targets while delivering professional customer service and upholding the company’s brand values and customer protection standards.

Telesales Agent (Sales Campaigns)

This role requires a highly experienced telesales professional with at least 2 years of proven phone-based sales experience, preferably in car logbook loans, asset financing, banking, microfinance, insurance, or financial services. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of closing sales over the phone, managing high call volumes, and consistently meeting conversion and disbursement targets. Prior experience in car financing or logbook lending is highly preferred.

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO. You will be the "anchor" of the executive office, ensuring operational seamlessness, rigorous follow-through on key initiatives, and the optimization of our leaders' most valuable resource: time. This is a role for a master coordinator who can balance the distinct priorities of two senior leaders while driving a unified culture of excellence.

Sales Manager - Three Wheelers

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Mogo’s three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) financing product. The role entails developing and executing sales strategies, leading regional sales teams, managing dealer partnerships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality customer acquisition and portfolio performance. 

GPS Re-installation Coordinator

The role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all re-installation activities within the assigned region to ensure offline cases are minimized and resolved promptly. This includes contacting offline clients and branch technicians to schedule re-installations, assigning and tracking technician tasks, supervising performance against set targets, and ensuring accurate documentation through re-installation forms and offline tracking tools. The position also requires daily follow-ups, effective task distribution, timely updates of offline reports, and submission of daily performance reports to the Supervisor.

GPS Technician Coordinator

The role is responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight to installation technicians to ensure high-quality, efficient installations and minimize device offline cases. This includes hands-on guidance during installations, resolving technical challenges, ensuring availability of devices and tools, and implementing structured training and re-training programs. The position also oversees technician performance approvals, conducts regular review meetings to drive continuous improvement, and ensures timely reporting of offline cases to support proactive decision-making and operational excellence.

Customer care agent (Branch)

This role is responsible for delivering professional and timely customer service at the branch by handling client inquiries, complaints, and account-related requests. Key duties include logging and resolving customer issues, processing account amendments, generating loan statements and final balances, updating client records in the ERP system, supporting customer feedback initiatives such as NPS surveys, assisting with report preparation, and escalating unresolved matters when necessary. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, has experience in customer-facing roles, possesses strong computer and communication skills, and is willing to be stationed in Bomet or Migori

Field Collection Team Lead

The role involves assigning field visit cases to field agents, coordinating their daily performance, and ensuring they receive the necessary operational support; providing strong leadership by communicating goals, motivating the team, addressing concerns, and supporting agents to meet targets; assisting with induction and training for new Debt Collection staff while identifying training needs, preparing training materials, and recommending external training where necessary; driving high performance through clear expectations and developing strategies to ensure adherence to debt collection policies and performance goals; conducting regular team meetings to communicate process changes and performance updates; monitoring and training staff on proper usage of field collection tools and the company ERP system; preparing and sharing detailed performance reports; recommending improvements to debt collection processes; ensuring repossessed motorbikes align with Redash reports and are accurately updated in the system; and performing any other assigned duties, with the role requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, strong leadership, integrity, at least four years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Swahili, the ability to work independently, and a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Debt Collection Project Manager

The role will lead strategic projects that enhance the efficiency and scalability of debt collection operations, act as a Product Owner for new system features and operational tools, design and improve collection processes, introduce automation and technology-driven solutions, use data to identify opportunities for performance improvement, coordinate cross‑functional teams during project implementation, and ensure new tools and workflows are successfully rolled out and integrated into daily operations.
