Car Logbook Loans Referral Offer: Terms & Conditions

  1. Program Overview
    MOGO (hereinafter referred to as "MOGO") is pleased to offer a car logbook loan referral offer (hereinafter referred to as "Offer"). This program allows existing MOGO customers (hereinafter referred to as "Referring Customer") to refer friends, family members, or colleagues (hereinafter referred to as "Referred Customer") to apply for a car logbook loan with MOGO.
  2. Eligibility:
    This program is open to all existing customers of MOGO Kenya who are in good standing with an active account. The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously applied for a loan with MOGO and must not have an existing loan with MOGO.
  3. Referral Process: 
    The existing customer must refer a new customer to apply for a loan through MOGO’s ‘car logbook loan referral offers’ landing page. The referred customer must enter the existing customer’s national ID number as the referral code during the application process. MOGO reserves the right to verify the validity of the referral code.
  4. Reward conditions: 
    Both the Existing Customer and the Referred Customer will be eligible for a KES 5,000 voucher upon successful completion of the following conditions: 
    • The Referred Customer submits a complete application for a car logbook loan through the ‘Car Logbook Loan Referral Offer’ Page.
    • The Referred Customer's loan application is approved & amount disbursed by MOGO.
  5. Voucher: 
    The voucher will be sent via SMS within 7 days of the loan disbursement. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Program Duration: 
    The referral offer will run for a period as determined by MOGO at its sole discretion. MOGO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  7. Termination: 
    MOGO Kenya reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time without prior notice.2
  8. Fraud: 
    MOGO reserves the right to disqualify any Existing Customer or Referred Customer from the Referral Offer if they are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or have engaged in any fraudulent activity. MOGO's decisions regarding eligibility and awarding of referral bonuses shall be final and binding. 
  9. Liability: 
    MOGO Kenya is not responsible for any disputes arising between the existing customer and the referred customer in relation to this program.
  10. Acceptance of Terms: 
    Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
